On July 20, 2022, personnel managers and administrative practitioners from Seoil E&C Co., Ltd. participated in the job fair organized by Namyangju City. Companies living in Byeolnae Paragon Square and job seekers in the jurisdiction attended the fair, and Seoil recruited young job seekers living in Namyangju City, submitted job documents, and conducted the first interview. Job seekers who passed the document submission and the first interview were notified of the individual interview schedule and tried to recruit new workers through the second interview.

The recent job market may feel stuck somewhere. In particular, if you are a representative and human resources manager of a manufacturing-based small and medium-sized enterprise, you will feel the feeling even more. "I agree with this, but we prioritize 'new definition of work' and 'improvement of organizational culture' in line with the changes of the times in improving our technology and hiring new people," said a personnel manager at Seoil E&C. He said he should strive to apply the 'coaching culture' for communication with the MZ generation and education system to improve employee capabilities and collaboration skills, and that organizational support is needed.

2022년 7월 20일 남양주시가 주관한 채용박람회에 서일이앤씨(주) 인사 담당자와 행정 실무자 등이 참가했습니다. 이날 박람회에는 별내파라곤스퀘어 입주 기업 및 관내 구인기업들이 참석했는데, '서일'에서는 남양주시에 거주하고 있는 청년 구직자를 모집하고 입사서류 제출 및 1차 면접까지 진행했습니다. 서류제출과 1차 면접에 통과한 구직자는 개별 면접일정을 통보하여 2차 면접을 통한 신규 인력 채용에 힘썼습니다.
