2023 남양주 기업 맞춤 채용박람회 진행

• 내용 : 현장 면접 및 채용, 취업 연계, 이력서 사진 촬영 등 부대행사

이번 2023년 4월 26일 남양주시에서 주관한 기업 맞춤 채용박람회에 ㈜서일이앤씨 인사 담당자와 실무진 등이 참가했다.

이날 채용박람회는 별내파라곤스퀘어 지식산업센터 입주 기업 및 인근 업체 등 10곳이 참여했다. 행사 내용으로는 취업을 희망하는 구직자들을 대상으로 면접 및 채용, 즉석 이력서 사진 촬영 서비스 등 다양한 부대행사도 함께 진행되었다.

서일이앤씨도 구직희망자 입사서류 접수 및 1차 면접을 진행했고, 1차 면접 지원자 중 선별과정을 거쳐 2차 임원진 면접 및 채용을 위한 추가 절차를 진행했다.

서일이앤씨 인사담당자는 “전반적인 채용시장이 얼어붙은 경향이 있지만, 기업의 성장을 모색하면서 그와 함께 채용박람회를 비롯한 구인구직 행사에 적극적으로 참여할 뿐만 아니라 다양한 방법으로 고용 창출에 앞장서는 기업이 되겠다”라고 포부를 밝히며 채용박람회를 마무리했다.

SeoilE&C participated in a company-customized recruitment fair organized by Namyangju City on April 26, 2023.

Ten companies, including tenants of the Knowledge Industry Center in Byeolnae Paragon Square and nearby companies, participated in the recruitment fair. Various side events such as interviews, recruitment, and instant resume photography services were also held for job seekers.

SeoilE&C also received job applicants' application documents and conducted the first round of interviews, and among the applicants for the first round of interviews, they went through a screening process and conducted additional procedures for the second round of executive interviews and hiring.

"Although the overall recruitment market tends to be frozen, we will not only actively participate in job fairs and other recruitment events, but also become a company that takes the lead in creating employment in various ways while seeking corporate growth," said a SeoilE&C HR representative, concluding the job fair.
