제27기 정기주주총회_서일이앤씨(주)

서일이앤씨는 2023년 3월 31일 남양주시 별내파라곤스퀘어 M동 911,912호 서일이앤씨 회의실에서 ‘제27기 정기주주총회’를 개최했다.

이날 주주총회에서는 결산보고 승인의 건, 영업 보고의 건, 대표이사 가지급(대출)에 대한 승인 건, 정관 일부 내용 변경 등 총 6개의 안건이 모두 가결되었다.

서일이앤씨 최태식 대표이사는 주주총회에 앞서 인사말을 통해 “4차 산업혁명 시대에 발맞춰 사물인터넷(IoT) 기술을 적용한 조명제어 시스템을 출시하고 있으며, 다양한 스마트시티 솔루션 개발 및 컨설팅을 통해 인류사회에 공헌한다는 책임감 있는 경영 철학을 바탕으로 끊임없는 발전을 하고 있다”라고 설명했다. 매출액은 2022년 연결재무제표기준 36억, 올해 2023년 목표는 전년 대비 약 170% 증가한 60억으로 예상하면서 빠른 성장세에 대한 자신감을 보였다.

또한 서일이앤씨는 재무적인 성과 외에도 전 세계적인 트렌드인 ESG (환경·Environment/사회·Social/지배구조·Governance) 경영에 동참하여 재난 · 중대재해 등 안전관리 측면에서 역할을 하고 있는 만큼, 앞으로도 자사 기술을 개발 및 보완하여 사회에 공헌할 수 있는 기업, 지속 가능한 경영을 하는 기업이 되겠다고 회사의 비전을 제시했다.

마지막으로 최태식 대표이사는 “재난 및 중대재해 등 안전의 중요성이 그 어느 때보다 강조되고 있는 시대의 요구에 맞춰 통합 빅데이터를 기반으로 안전 관리 플랫폼, 위험 조기 경보 시스템 등의 제품개발에도 투자를 아끼지 않겠다”라고 밝혔다.

At the general shareholders' meeting, a total of six agendas were passed, including approval of settlement reports, business reports, approval of the CEO's provisional payment (loans), and changes in some contents of the articles of association.

Prior to the shareholders' meeting, CEO Choi Tae-sik of Seoil E&C said, "We are launching a lighting control system using Internet of Things (IoT) technology in line with the era of the fourth industrial revolution and continuous development based on a responsible management philosophy that contributes to human society through various smart city solutions and consulting." Revenue was 3.6 billion in 2022 based on consolidated financial statements and this year's 2023 target was 6 billion, up about 170% year-on-year, showing confidence in rapid growth.

In addition to financial performance, Seoil E&C also suggested the company's vision to become a company that can contribute to society and sustainable management by developing and supplementing its technology in terms of safety management such as disasters and serious disasters.

Finally, CEO Choi Tae-sik said, "We will also invest in developing products such as safety management platforms and early warning systems based on integrated big data in line with the needs of the era when the importance of safety such as disasters and serious disasters is emphasized more than ever."
